Company Info Sessions

A great way to promote your organization on-campus is to host a Company Information Session. There are a number of venues and options available on campus that can accommodate your needs. Whether it be a casual pizza and pop meet and greet or a classy wine and cheese reception, every effort will be to meet your request and ensure that your visit to campus is met with expert detail and coordination.

We recommended that you book your Company Information Sessions early in order to reserve your preferred venue and date. To book for a Fall Session (September – November), please contact us by May. To book your Winter Session (January – March), contact us by October.

Fall Career Fair

Fall Career Fair is the highest profile career event on campus that provides employers with the opportunity to connect with an engaged and focused audience of students as indicated by reviews from previous participants rating McMaster's fair as “one of the best organized career fairs we attend each year”, consistently reaching maximum registration numbers by attending organizations and an annual track record for the past 5 years of over 1500 McMaster students and alumni in attendance.

Spring/Summer Employment Fair

Registration is NOW OPEN! Access registration through OSCARplus.

Introduced in 2008, the Spring/Summer Employment Fair has been steadily growing in numbers and becoming one of the signature events offered by the Student Success Centre. A combination of full-time, part-time, volunteer, internship and summer opportunities is what makes this a unique fair that attracts students from all disciplines and levels of study.

The Who’s Hiring 2012: Spring/Summer Employment Fair will be taking place on Tuesday, January 24 and will provide employers with the opportunity to connect with an engaged audience of students.  Organizations recruiting for full-time, co-op, internship and summer career positions are invited to attend this event.

Last year, we focused on global opportunities at the Fair and offered presentations and information to students around this theme. This year we will be highlighting opportunities available in the local Hamilton and surrounding area.  Each year we hope to highlight new and exciting opportunities to students and focus on who’s hiring in various sectors and industries.

Who’s Hiring 2012 is an opportunity to build your brand on-campus and establish your organization as an employer of choice by McMaster students. Organizations interested in attending this event are encouraged to engage in the additional activities being offered throughout the week as an opportunity to build your brand on-campus and attract qualified applicants for your employment opportunities.
