For the week of January 14 to 20, we’ll be setting #goals to help you achieve academic, personal, and professional success.
Did you know Athletics and Recreation are opening up their classes for a full week? Get started on your healthy living goals by taking one of their regular classes for free!
We’re kicking off #Goals Week in Mills Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with some coffee and hot chocolate to keep you warm. Stop by to find out all the amazing things happening this week.
Clear your mind with some food… and a lot of it! The SSC will be having a Winter Open House from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in GH 110 to let you know how you can get involved this New Year.
We’re feeling a little nostalgic, so we’re bringing back the Welcome Week favourite – MacQuest.
The SSC and Indigenous Student Services are bringing in Ian Campeau, Indigenous activist, DJ, and co-founder of A Tribe Called Red. This event will combine DJing performances and interviews with Ian Campeau. Tickets are free.
Achieving our goals requires us to reflect on our potential. Take a comprehensive career exploration program that uses industry standard career assessments and small group discussions to develop a stronger understanding of your interests, career values, transferable skills and personal strengths.
