Busy
January 08, 2024 to January 31, 2024

Imagine, plan and achieve your goals this new year. These events and resources can help.

We asked you to vote on your 2024 goals, and these were the most popular: develop healthier habits, gain work experience, get involved in your community and meet new people. January Reset features a bit of everything to support your goals and we are here to help you connect with personalized support and resources, prepare for the new semester and more.

This time of year, it’s important to focus on your mental health and well-being and connect with your community. Remember, you’re not alone in your university journey. The Student Wellness Centre offers mental health resources that can help.

Visit our pop-ups for some sweet treats and crafts. Follow us on Instagram, @MacSSC for the latest updates. Remember to check back, as new updates are added to the schedule each week.
